These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and air186 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the air186 website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User to access air186 services.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in a User's Account, including deposited amounts, winnings, and bonuses.
• "Bet" means a wager placed by a User on any gaming product available on the Platform, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and other gaming activities.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional funds, free spins, cashback, or other incentives awarded by air186 to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Games" collectively refers to all gaming products offered on the Platform, including but not limited to slot machines, table games, live casino, sports betting markets, and specialty games.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer, the identity verification process required by air186 to comply with international gaming regulations and prevent fraud.
• "Real Money" refers to legal currency deposited by Users into their Accounts for the purpose of placing Bets.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

By creating an Account on air186, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. air186 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide valid documentation will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
2. You are a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of air186 services complies with the laws and regulations of your country, state, or territory of residence.
3. You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted. air186 does not accept Users from countries where our services are illegal, including but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom (without proper licensing), France, Singapore, and other restricted territories as may be updated from time to time.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Accounts must be registered in the User's own name with accurate personal information. Accounts registered using false information, nominee names, or on behalf of another person will be immediately closed.
5. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not restricted by any legal, contractual, or voluntary exclusion from gambling activities.

2.1 Geographic Restrictions

While air186 is designed to serve the Indonesian market, we recognize that Indonesia's legal framework regarding online gambling is complex. The Public Gambling Act of 1867 predates the internet and does not explicitly address offshore online gaming platforms. By using air186, you acknowledge that you are accessing an internationally licensed platform and assume full responsibility for compliance with local laws. air186 operates under offshore jurisdiction and is not licensed by Indonesian authorities. We strongly advise all Users to understand their legal obligations before using our services.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access air186 services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Registration requires:

• Personal Information: Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Account Credentials: A unique username and strong password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your Account.
• Currency Selection: Your Account currency (Indonesian Rupiah / IDR) will be set during registration and cannot be changed thereafter.

3.1 KYC Verification

air186 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. All Users must complete our KYC verification process before making withdrawals. This requires submission of:

• A clear copy or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional) or valid government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• A selfie photograph holding your ID next to your face for identity confirmation.

KYC verification typically takes 1-24 hours during business days. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawal privileges suspended and may ultimately be closed if verification is not completed within 30 days of registration.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You agree to immediately notify air186 if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. You must not allow any other person to use your Account, share your login details, or access the Platform using your credentials. Multiple Accounts per User are strictly prohibited; detection of duplicate Accounts will result in closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

air186 supports deposits and withdrawals via major Indonesian banks, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted based on your Account status and verification level.
• Deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus any processing fees.
• Deposit processing times are typically instant during business hours (WIB), though delays may occur due to bank processing schedules, weekends, or Indonesian public holidays.
• air186 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
• Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account used for deposits. Changes to withdrawal bank details require additional KYC verification for security purposes.
• Verified Accounts can expect withdrawal processing within 1-24 hours. Unverified Accounts may experience delays or suspension of withdrawal privileges until KYC is completed.
• air186 reserves the right to request additional documentation or information before processing large withdrawals or withdrawals from Accounts exhibiting unusual activity patterns.
• All Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for Bonus terms.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

air186 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering standards. Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal to prevent the Platform from being used for money transfer purposes. Accounts suspected of money laundering, fraudulent activity, or other illegal conduct will be immediately suspended, and relevant authorities may be notified.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

air186 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds typically require wagering between 20x to 50x the bonus amount before winnings can be withdrawn. Specific requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute less or be excluded entirely.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While an active bonus is in your Account, maximum bet limits (typically Rp 50.000 per spin or bet) apply. Exceeding maximum bet limits may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Expiration: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe (typically 7-30 days). Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your Account.
• Abuse: air186 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, collusion, or exploiting software errors.

6. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

All bets placed on air186 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. air186 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all casino games, audited by independent testing agencies to ensure fairness. For sports betting, odds are set based on market conditions and may fluctuate. We reserve the right to void bets in cases of:

• Obvious errors or technical glitches resulting in incorrect odds or game outcomes.
• Events affected by match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity issues.
• Bets placed after an event has started (for pre-match markets) or when the outcome is already determined.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

air186 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help you stay in control, including deposit limits, time-out periods, and self-exclusion options. Self-excluded Accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period, and attempts to create new Accounts will result in permanent closure and forfeiture of funds.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on air186 and will result in Account termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Creating multiple Accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent Account restrictions.
• Colluding with other players, sharing Account information, or engaging in any form of cheating.
• Using bots, automated software, or third-party tools to place bets or manipulate gameplay.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward air186 staff or other Users.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the air186 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game designs, is the property of air186 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, air186 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account in the 90 days preceding the claim. air186 is not responsible for losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, server failures, payment processor delays, or actions of third-party service providers.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which air186 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in English. You waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings. For disputes involving amounts less than USD $10,000, you may choose to resolve the dispute in small claims court in your jurisdiction.

12. Amendments to Terms

air186 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of air186 services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

13. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. air186 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform, and any remaining balance (after deduction of any amounts owed to air186) will be returned to you following completion of any necessary verification procedures.
